How much is an application fee?
The application fee is $25.00 (cash) per adult or per married couple, and is non-refundable.

The security deposit varies from property to property, but can be cash or check & is refundable.
How do you process applications for prospective residents?
In reviewing a prospective resident's application, Montgomery Realtors® also checks an applicant's credit history and rental history.
Do you provide after-hours, emergency maintenance repairs?
Yes — Maintenance Technicans are on-call twenty-four hours a day in the event of an emergency.
Are you open on the weekends?
While the Main Office [on Dixie Highway] is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, the Leasing Office at 102 Country Acres | Apt. 01 does have Saturday hours.
Do you accept pets?
No.
Do you allow co-signing on applications / leases?

Do you have short-term leases?
No — leases start with an intital one-year term.
